insights, stories & healing

in practice

Welcome to my blog.

A space where I share real-life stories, case studies, and practical wisdom from my work in integrative health.

Here, you’ll find educational resources, honest reflections on complex conditions, and glimpses of what healing can look like in practice.

How emotions are a part of the picture every time.

Every symptom you may experience has an emotional root that occurred before the physical symptom developed.

Because emotions are energy and we are energetic and electrical beings, when an emotion becomes trapped in the body, it is going to land and grow roots in the part of the body that closest matches the energy of the emotion itself.

Emotions Can Become Trapped Because:

  • We didn’t get enough time to fully process an experience before having to move into survival mode (an accident, trauma, events happening too quickly)
  • We inherit unresolved emotional burdens the same way we inherit physical “genetic” illnesses
  • We are too afraid to begin the process of working through and resolving tension, problems and our past experiences of fear, trauma or events that left us feeling powerless
